made with the lovely Lullaby font.
For a little Minnesota girl, it was so fun to immerse myself in North woods imagery for a while! I can’t decide if I like the color or black and white better.
My child’s school has a no-edibles classroom policy, so I’ve turned to paper crafts to fill the sugar-void. I found the basic school bus template at the Canon website’s “Creative Park” section, by artist Hiroshi Chiba. There are lots of AMAZING print outs available, so definitely check it out! I placed it on a playful new background, and modified the design by taking out the window rendering so that the kids can draw in their friends, and personalized the info up front. The kids had fun deciding who would drive the bus (don’t let the pigeon!), a fun project all around!
A fun game created for a Super Hero party. 10 total game sheets, 2 to each page. Can you name all the superheros? This one’s a little quirky as the birthday girl believes Mary Poppins should be included…she helps people and can fly! Be sure to check out the coordinating Superhero Interview Activity as well!
